Clients need to look for an attorney who is knowledgeable and respected in the field. What information can you provide in a free phone consultation? Potential clients can always call me to ask opinions on their claim or even if they have a valid claim. My consultations are free and the more information someone can provide, the more helpful I can be in answering questions. What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community? I have been the author of the treatise on workers’ compensation since 1991, a book that is used by the Ohio BWC and IC, and many attorneys around the state. When the BWC wants to know a question on how policy may effect injured workers, they many times will ask for my opinion.
