About Laurie
Laurie Forbes Neff is a senior attorney with the Geller Law Group focused on assisting clients with family law and civil litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Laurie was a professor at George Mason University School of Law where she ran the Mason Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic. A former United States Marine, Laurie’s practice during her time at MVETS was heavily focused on representing our nation’s servicemembers and veterans in family law and civil litigation matters in the courts of Northern Virginia and in veterans matters before the U.S. Courts and federal administrative agencies. Prior to joining the law school faculty, Laurie worked for a national firm in Tysons Corner, a small firm in Virginia Beach, and served as a law clerk for the Fourth Judicial Circuit upon her graduation from law school.
As a “military brat”, active duty Marine and Navy Wife, Laurie has lived all over the country but has settled in Loudoun County where she enjoys spending her down time with her husband and three children.
