About Laurie
Ms. Saltzgiver joined the firm as an associate in 1991 and became a partner on July 1, 1998. Ms. Saltzgiver concentrates her practice in the areas of domestic relations law, wills and estate planning, and civil litigation.
In 1987, Ms. Saltzgiver graduated from Allegheny College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Thereafter, she entered the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she received her J.D. degree in 1990. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Saltzgiver had the distinction of serving as a personal law clerk to The Honorable Sheryl A. Dorney of the Court of Common Pleas of York County.
Ms. Saltzgiver is currently a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations. She is active in the Family Law Section of the Dauphin County Bar. She serves as an author and lecturer for the PA Bar Institute. Ms. Saltzgiver also enjoys community work, and is active in many community organizations. She is a fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and active in the Rotary Club of Harrisburg. In addition to being active in various business women's groups, Ms. Saltzgiver is an active member and past Chair of the Women's Business Network.
