We built a successful practice by focusing on client relations. Each client is assigned a Medical Director who helps them navigate through the medical system/benefits to make sure they get the best treatment. In the end, our client's health is a top concern. The Litigation Team also keeps in contact with clients as the case litigates in Court. We believe it is important to be honest and tell the client both the good and bad news that comes up during a case. We are always open to answer questions and concerns.

We know the most asked question is "How much is my case worth?" . We will not answer that because we do not like to make things up and on day one it is always too early to tell. You will get straight forward honest answers and an outline of what we need to do to move forward with the case.

We need to know when, how and where the accident took place. A general description of what happened. The date is very important to make sure you are timely bringing the case. After we represent you we will obtain your medical records, photos and other evidence and we do not need that on day one.

When we win a case and it has a positive impact on a clients life. Our clients have been injured and often will need follow up care for a lifetime, missed work and income and are in a tough situation. We have given out Turkeys at Thanksgiving, gifts at Christmas to low income children, participated in Career Days at schools to inspire the next generation of attorneys and a variety of other Community Events.
