Kyle Bagen is an associate attorney with the Bagen Law Firm. As with all the attorneys in the firm, his practice area is limited exclusively to Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, with heavy emphasis on all types of motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, and truck accidents. Kyle was born and raised in north central Florida and is a graduate of Buchholz High School in Gainesville. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, and graduated from Barry University School of Law in Orlando. Prior to graduating from law school, Kyle spent several summers working as a law clerk for our firm. He also enjoyed a semester abroad in Spain, studying International Law and traveling throughout Europe. Kyle is an avid motorcycle rider and has also had a lifelong interest in athletics, including basketball, football, and golf. He’s a past winner of the 8th Judicial Bar Association Golf Tournament.

Glenn Warren, AV rated Attorney, has been working in the Personal Injury arena for 26 years, and has handled thousands of auto accident injury cases. He has extensive knowledge and experience with both the legal and the insurance procedures having worked for State Farm Insurance prior to practicing law. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business and Finance at the University of Florida, and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. He is a member of the Jacksonville Justice Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Jacksonville Bar Association and the Catholic Lawyers Guild. Glenn is a family man with a wife and two daughters, living in the Jacksonville area for more than 35 years. He is actively involved in the community as President-Elect of the Orange Park Sunrise Rotary Club, and member of the Jacksonville Sports Council (formerly the Gator Bowl Assoc.). He was the Muskogee District Chairman of the Boy Scouts North Florida Council (2013-2015), and an Eagle Scout himself. Glenn is an avid golfer, plays racquetball, and loves to travel with his family.

Affectionately called, “The People’s Attorney,” MILLICENT E. DANIELS, ESQ. hails from New Orleans, LA. Her family relocated to Jacksonville, Florida when she was a child. After graduating from high school, Ms. Daniels was awarded a full academic scholarship to the University of Florida. She is a graduate of both the University of Florida, College of Journalism and Communications (1999) (B.S. in Public Relations) and the University of Florida, College of Law (2002). Christopher David Campione has always held a deep passion for helping others. His unmatched dedication to the pursuit of justice and aggressive defense of his clients sets him apart from his colleagues. Mr. Campione is an advocate of justice for all. His concentrated areas of focus include personal injury, business, and real estate law. Mr. Campione graduated with his Juris Doctor in May of 2016 from Florida Coastal School of Law. He graduated in the top 20% of his class, was a Merit Scholarship recipient, achieved the Dean’s Scholars list, and received 3 book awards. These book awards were given for achieving the highest grade in the following classes, Constitutional Law, Criminal Procedure, and Trial Practice. He was named Best Overall Advocate in his Trial Practice section and was also a member of the Best Overall Team. He received a Certificate in Business Law, and while working three jobs to help pay his way through law school, he also served as a teaching assistant for Professor Roederer’s Constitutional Law class for two semesters and as a judicial extern, assisting both Judges Gregg McCaulie and James Daniel of the 4th Judicial Circuit. While in law school, Mr. Campione simultaneously received his Master Degree in Business Administration from Jacksonville University, where he graduated in the Top 5% and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, a national academic achievement society known as the “Best in Business.” One of his greatest achievements was the distinction of being named one of the Top 40 students within the undergraduate and graduate program. Mr. Campione attended undergrad at The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina before transferring to Florida State University where he received his undergraduate degree in Business Management. While pursuing his Juris Doctorate and pursuing a Master Degree in Business, Mr. Campione also worked as a flight controller for Aerial Forensics, a revolutionary investigative service, and as a property manager for several real estate companies. Mr. Campione grew up in Eustis, Florida, a small town in central Florida. He enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, following politics, and participating in sports. Mr. Campione and his wife reside in Ponte Vedra Beach with their rescue dog, Buddy.

Mr. Fine was born in New York, New York and was raised in the northeast, where he studied sociology at Colby College in Waterville, Maine. He then graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1976. In law school, he was a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, was inducted into the Order of the Coif, and graduated in the top 10 percent of his class. Mr. Fine was admitted into the Florida Bar in 1976, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 1977, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida in 1991, and the United States Court of Appeals 11th Circuit in 1982. Upon graduation, Mr. Fine practiced as an Assistant Public Defender in the Third Judicial Circuit office in Lake City from 1976-1977. He then worked as an Assistant Public Defender in the Gainesville office of the Public Defender from 1977-1980. In 1980, he founded the firm, which is now known as Fine, Farkash, & Parlapiano, P.A., where he wanted to exclusively represent victims of personal injury in claims against negligent parties. Mr. Fine is a highly experienced personal injury attorney and is recognized for his commitment to the law. He holds Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating* (AV) and was a Grievance Committee Chairman for the Eighth Judicial Circuit for 2006-2008. He coached a trial team for the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1994 and has taught as an adjunct faculty in the trial practice course at the law school since 1983.
