Scott was born and raised in New York. He received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University in upstate New York. He them attended and received his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 2001. His career began shortly thereafter working as an associate attorney at a mid-size firm named Wingate, Kearney and Cullen concentrating mainly on real property, title and banking law. Scott then relocated to Southwest Florida in 2006 and went to work as an associate with Burkard Law Firm in Fort Myers. At Burkard he expanded his practice areas to include family, probate, wills, contracts and business law. In 2009, Scott opened Faden Law Firm where he ran a general civil litigation firm practicing in all of those areas.
