I pride myself on professionalism and responsiveness to my clients. Typically when a client contacts me they are experiencing a lot of stress. They want to know that they have an advocate that is knowledgeable and will work hard to achieve the best result for them. Just as important, clients want to know that they can call their lawyer and actually speak to someone. My phones are always answered by a member of my staff and if I'm unavailable to take a client call, clients are given a time frame (typically within two hours) that I will return their call.
