About Leonard

Cline, a graduate of UNO (then LSUNO), studied Political Science with a minor in History. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from UNO, he attended and graduated from Loyola Law School in 1976. Just out of law school, Cline clerked for several judges at the 24th Judicial District Court.
Cline opened his own law firm in 1979 and has managed the practice in Jefferson Parish ever since.

Cline is the former President and Vice President of Chateau Estates Civic Organization. He is a friend of the Chateau Estates Garden Club and on the Board of Directors of the Jefferson Parish Council on Aging as well as on the committee for the Civil League of Kenner. Cline was Co-Chairman and on the committee for the March of Dimes. He is also a member of Divine Mercy Parish and active at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church.
