Linda C. Roodhouse has been assisting her clients in personal tax and estate planning since 1980. In addition, she advises persons involved in settling an estate after death - surviving spouses and other family members, beneficiaries, trustees and executors. She is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trusts, and Probate, the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

A good estate plan is also as flexible and as simple as possible to serve the client's objectives and needs without unnecessary "legalese" and complexity.
