About Lindsay

Lindsay N. Browning focuses her practice primarily on litigation matters, including personal injury, criminal law, traffic matters, contract disputes and employment cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Browning's legal experience includes the Appellate Division of the Vermont Defender General, Patrick Miller and Kropf, P.C., a water-law firm in Aspen, Colorado, and a clerkship for an Administrative Law Judge at the Vermont Department of Labor.

Ms. Browning is a graduate of Vermont Law School, cum laude. As a law student, she was a Moot Court team member and was awarded "Best Moot Court Team" from the Vermont Supreme Court. Ms. Browning also served as Vice-President of the Barrister's Bookstore, a non-profit organization, a mediator in Vermont and New Hampshire small claims courts, and was awarded her Masters of Studies in Environmental Law, cum laude. Ms. Browning received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, with a certification in Environmental Ethics from the University of Georgia.

Ms. Browning is a member of the American Bar Association, the Capital District Women's Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Albany County Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers Committee.  She is also active with the Junior League of Albany and the Rotary Club of Southern Rensselaer County.
