About Lisa
Texarkana Labor and Employment Lawyer: Lisa Mills Wilkins
Lisa Wilkins joined Dunn, Nutter, & Morgan in 2000. Her previous experience includes serving as Assistant City Attorney in her home town of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and later as Human Resources Director for two large law firms in Orlando, Florida. She earned a BBA degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 1982, and a JD degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville, in 1986. She is presently awaiting admission to the State Bar of Texas.
Mrs. Wilkins' work focuses on labor and employment law, workers compensation, wills, probate, and trusts, and family law. She enjoys personal contact with people, and she enjoys the experience of providing needed help and resolving difficult situations and conflicts for her clients.
As a speaker on employment law at the Lorman Educational Seminar in 2001, Mrs. Wilkins addressed the topic of Employment-Related Records in Arkansas. She is admitted to the Arkansas State Court, the US District Court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the Eighth Circuit US Court of Appeals. She is a member of the State Bar of Arkansas and the Arkansas Bar Association. She has served on the Board of the Junior League of Pine Bluff and the Pine Bluff Domestic Violence Board. She is also a volunteer judge with Texarkana Teen Court and a Girl Scout leader.
Attracted by the sense of family and community that characterizes the Texarkana area, Ms. Wilkins and her family were pleased to accept her husband's ministerial call in Texarkana. In addition to her role as a legal resource in the community, she is committed to active participation in the lives of her children, and to service in her church.
Please contact Mrs. Wilkins for help with wills or estate planning, an employment law concern, or a family law issue.
