About Logan
Mr. Simmons joined Curnutt & Hafer, L.L.P. in 2007. Mr. Simmons concentrates his practice in business, oil and gas, and franchise litigation. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the Tarrant County Bar Association, the Arlington Bar Association, and the Texas Young Lawyer's Association. Mr. Simmons is admitted to practice law in all state courts of Texas.
Mr. Simmons received his law degree in 2007 from the University of Texas School of Law. While at UT Law, Mr. Simmons was a Townes-Rice Scholar (full academic scholarship), an editor of the Texas Review of Law and Politics, and a member of the Christian Legal Society. Mr. Simmons focused his law school coursework in the area of civil litigation.
In 2004, Mr. Simmons graduated cum laude from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science. While at Baylor, Mr. Simmons was a William Carey Crane Scholar, and was named the Robert Miller Scholar as the top student in the political science department.
