Aubrey Brown is a member of the firm’s litigation section, and was named a shareholder in 2018. Chester L. Banks is a general practice attorney throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Chester routinely provides strategic legal counsel to business owners, government agencies, elected officials, professional athletes, entrepreneurs and the general public. He is the sole owner of BANKS & ASSOCIATES and a member of the Virginia Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Chester is also a member of the Sports Lawyers Association. In May of 1987 Chester graduated from George Mason University School of Law with his Jury’s Doctorate. George Naylor has been litigating personal injury cases exclusively since 2004. Having tried over 55 Circuit Court jury trials and hundreds of trials in General District Court, George’s extensive trial experience serves as a great advantage to his clients when assessing the settlement value of their claims or when going to trial if the insurance company does not make a reasonable offer. Prior to joining Blank & Marcus, George spent many years representing Defendants on behalf of insurance companies. From that experience, George knows how the insurance companies will evaluate his clients’ claims and how best to maximize the value of those claims in the eyes of the insurance adjusters. George’s prior experience analyzing and litigating insurance coverage issues also ensures that every possible dollar of insurance coverage is available to compensate his clients. George works hard on behalf of his clients and is not afraid to take on the insurance companies at trial to make sure his clients receive what they may deserve to compensate them for their injuries.

Corey Pollard is the managing partner of Jenkins Block & Associates‘ Richmond office and heads the Virginia Workers’ Compensation department of the firm. Mr. Pollard focuses his practice on representing individuals who have suffered injuries at work or through the fault of others, including car accident, motorcycle wreck, construction accident, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. And when these personal injuries and other medical conditions lead to problems in the workplace or permanent health impairments, Mr. Pollard helps individuals obtain the monetary awards they deserve through state and federal employment law and Social Security Disability. Born and raised in Newport News, Virginia, Mr. Pollard grew up in a construction family. A graduate of Menchville High School, where he was a Virginia High School League (VHSL) State Champion in Swimming, Mr. Pollard earned his Bachelor’s Degree with honors from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. While in college, Mr. Pollard was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) fraternity. Mr. Pollard obtained his J.D. with honors from the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Pollard was selected as a member of the Richmond Journal of Law and the Public and Interest. He was also selected as member of the school’s Client Counseling & Negotiation Board after winning the Environmental Negotiation Competition in 2007. Prior to joining Jenkins Block & Associates, Mr. Pollard worked as an insurance defense attorney where he gained valuable experience and training while representing many of the nation’s largest employers and insurance carriers. Now he uses that experience to represent individuals who sustained personal injuries and disability and to fight back against insurance companies and their tactics. Mr. Pollard’s wife, Leigh, is a Human Resources Manager who provides “real world” advice and insight on employment and labor law matters. The Pollards have two children, Knox and Rivers, who keep them busy and running around, and a 5-pound dog named Simba. They are members of Bon Air Baptist Church. In his spare time, Mr. Pollard enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, and playing pickup basketball and golf. When he is in the mood for punishment, he roots for his favorite football team, the Washington Redskins.

Scheer, MD, et al, was deemed one of the most important medical negligence decisions for the plaintiff's bar in Virginia. Currently, Mr. Esposito handles significant motor vehicle/tractor-trailer accidents, professional negligence cases, traumatic brain injury cases, defective product and defective pharmaceutical cases, as well as other catastrophic loss cases. Mr. Esposito is married to the former Suzanne Daley. They have two sons, ages 20 and 24. They reside in Henrico County, Virginia, where he is actively involved in youth recreational sports and civic associations and boards. He is a frequent speaker at local area schools advocating greater exposure of the law and courts to young people.
