I am a 1974 graduate of Richmond College at the University of Richmond and a 1977 graduate of T.C. Williams Law School at the University of Richmond. In December of 1977 I graduated from the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s School and served 41/2 years as an Army Judge Advocate. I am admitted to practice before the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the Virginia Supreme Court.
