I earned my Juris Doctorate from Loyola in 2001 and graduated in the top 10% of my division. I have been a civil litigator my entire career, conducting over 2000 bench trials and more than 350 of these in probate court alone. I have been victorious in well over 95% of these trials, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for my clients. As I move to my mid 50’s, my children are pretty much all grown, my life is stable, and I am focused on providing excellent, high quality, and focused attention to individualized cases where I believe I can truly make a difference. Itamar "Eddie" Tehrani, founder of State Law Firm, worked his way up the chain of command in several different law offices in Los Angeles. Lawrence D. Rohlfing has practiced disability law since 1985. He represents the disabled and seeks to enforce their rights before the Social Security Administration, the United States District Courts, the United States Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. Having been involved in thousands of disability claims and training of other lawyers, he brings considerable experience and expertise to the representation of disability claims under Social Security and ERISA.Mr. Rohlfing has argued disability and other benefit entitlement claims in over a hundred claims before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He presented briefs in three cases to the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Rohlfing argued Black & Decker Disability Plan v. Nord to the United States Supreme Court in April 2003.Mr. Rohlfing is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR). He currently serves as the Ninth Circuit Representative to the NOSSCR Board of Directors and currently serves as the Treasurer of NOSSCR sitting on the Executive Board. Mr. Rohlfing is the past chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Social Security Section. Mr. Rohlfing has presented numerous papers to bi-annual meetings of NOSSCR, the Los Angeles County Bar Association Social Security Section, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Southeast Bar Association of Los Angeles County, and the National Business Institute.Mr. Rohlfing graduated from Whittier College in 1982. He graduated from Whittier Law School in 1985 cum laude. He is the proud father of seven children that he raises with his wife Maggie. He is actively involved in the community managing baseball and softball teams, coaching football, and serving as the elder of La Habra Christian Church.

Mr. Bendel received his B.S. in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Connecticut in 1997. He then went on to receive his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2000 from Pepperdine University, where he was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Bendel joined the Los Angeles office of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, where he practiced for over twelve years. While at Stroock, Mr. Bendel handled complex business litigation, including securities disputes, small business dissolutions, insurance coverage and bad faith matters, and other business and commercial disputes. The primary focus of Mr. Bendel’s practice is insurance coverage and insurance bad faith litigation. He has provided coverage advice and/or been involved in bad faith litigation with respect to claims made under all types of insurance policies including Commercial General Liability, Directors & Officers, Errors & Omissions, Property, Homeowners, and Automobile insurance policies.
