Eva has dedicated her legal practice to advocating for Louisiana’s most vulnerable residents. She graduated from Barnard College in 2016 and Tulane Law School in 2021. She began her career in legal aid as a staff attorney at Southeast Louisiana Legal Services where she represented survivors of intimate partner violence in civil cases in Baton Rouge and surrounding parishes. She then worked at Louisiana Fair Housing Action Center representing tenants facing eviction in Orleans Parish. She is excited to bring her passion for social justice and civil rights to Bizer & DeReus. In her free time she enjoys walking her dog Joni along Bayou St. John and cooking meals for her friends.

Kelley Dick joined Mansfield Melancon at its founding after practicing with one of Louisiana’s most respected law firms. Kelley graduated first in his class from Southern University Law Center in 2015, where he was Executive Editor of the Law Review and active in moot court.
