Born and raised in New Orleans, attorney John W. Redmann is the son of William V. Redmann, a respected judge on Louisiana’s 4th Circuit Court of Appeal, and comes from a family with a rich tradition in legal practice. Through his work, John Redmann extends his forebears’ tradition of legal representation and service to the state he calls home and the United States for nearly three decades. Attorney Redmann has practiced in New Orleans since graduating from Loyola University Law School in 1989, and he has since established his firm as a leader in Louisiana personal injury law. He and the other attorneys of his firm have taken hundreds and hundreds, if not thousands, of cases to court involving personal injury accidents and insurance companies. Attorney Redmann hosts an interactive television show called “John Redmann: Power of Attorney” on WLAE-TV (PBS), in which he aims to empower viewers with practical legal info provided by legal expert guests on the show (attorneys and judges) specializing in specific areas of law. Cameron J. Windham is an associate attorney at Nicaud & Sunseri and has been with the firm since 2021. A Washington, DC native, Cameron studied English at Amherst College in Massachusetts and pitched on the varsity baseball team. He graduated from Tulane Law School in 2021 where he earned a certificate in sports law. Cameron was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in October of 2022. Cameron has primarily been handling Hurricane Ida claims since the storm devasted southern Louisiana in September of 2021. Additionally, he has worked on various family law matters and numerous disputes concerning small businesses. Cameron is eager to broaden his legal experience in other areas not limited to business and corporate law, social security, and Name, Image and Likeness for Collegiate athletes.

Katie graduated from St. Scholastica Academy in Covington, LA. Thereafter, Katie graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree from the Manship School of Mass Communications. Kathryn Sunseri was admitted to the Louisiana bar in 2020 and is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State Courts as a member of the Louisiana State Bar, Jefferson Parish Bar Association, Orleans Parish Bar Association, and St. Tammany Bar Association. Katie has made an appearance on WWL New Orleans radio show “All Things Legal” on 870 AM/105.3 FM.

Garret S. DeReus is an experienced civil rights and personal injury attorney with over a decade of litigation experience. As a partner at Bizer & DeReus, Mr. DeReus has dedicated his career to litigation and advocating for individuals whose rights have been violated. Mr. DeReus handles civil rights cases, personal injury claims, nursing home abuse, and medical malpractice. He has successfully handled more than 500 civil rights cases and has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation development through appellate work. His civil rights practice encompasses prisoner rights, disability rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act, excessive force, education access, and government accountability cases. Mr. DeReus serves as lead counsel in high-stakes federal litigation and has secured significant victories at both the trial and appellate levels. Notable achievements include successful appeals to the Fifth, Ninth, and Tenth Circuits, with the Tenth Circuit establishing favorable precedent regarding the repeated violations doctrine in a Title II ADA case. In January 2024, Mr. DeReus first-chaired a federal jury trial in a First Amendment case that resulted in a plaintiff verdict, securing $205,000 in damages. Mr. DeReus has successfully opposed challenges from major corporations, including a groundbreaking ADA case against Uber Technologies for wheelchair accessibility. He has negotiated over 200 settlements, consent decrees, and judgments, including systemic changes to New Orleans' public transportation system that made the historic St. Charles Avenue Streetcar accessible to wheelchair users. Mr. DeReus earned his J.D. from Tulane Law School in 2013 as a Dean's Scholarship Recipient and his B.B.A. from The George Washington University in 2010, graduating summa cum laude.

Andrew Bizer is the founding Partner at Bizer & DeReus and is admitted to practice law in Louisiana and New York. Andrew graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2003 and Tulane University in 1997. He has been advocating for the rights of the disabled since 2010. He has successfully litigated hundreds of cases under the Americans with Disabilities Act. He prides himself on his close relationship with all of his clients. He is a member of the 9th Ward Marching Band and the Valparaiso Men’s Chorus

Eva has dedicated her legal practice to advocating for Louisiana’s most vulnerable residents. She graduated from Barnard College in 2016 and Tulane Law School in 2021. She began her career in legal aid as a staff attorney at Southeast Louisiana Legal Services where she represented survivors of intimate partner violence in civil cases in Baton Rouge and surrounding parishes. She then worked at Louisiana Fair Housing Action Center representing tenants facing eviction in Orleans Parish. She is excited to bring her passion for social justice and civil rights to Bizer & DeReus. In her free time she enjoys walking her dog Joni along Bayou St. John and cooking meals for her friends.

Kelley Dick joined Mansfield Melancon at its founding after practicing with one of Louisiana’s most respected law firms. He is dedicated to helping injury victims recover fair compensation with a personal, client-focused approach. Kelley graduated first in his class from Southern University Law Center in 2015, where he was Executive Editor of the Law Review and active in moot court. Since then, he has taught as an Adjunct Professor of Law and contributed to the Louisiana Law Institute. Recognized by his peers, Kelley has been named a Louisiana Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2018—an honor given to fewer than 2.5% of attorneys. He is also active in professional associations, serving on the Baton Rouge Bar Association’s board and participating in the Louisiana Association for Justice. Licensed in all Louisiana state and federal courts, as well as the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Kelley brings extensive litigation experience at every level of the judicial system.
