Luke graduated from Oak Brook College of Law in Fresno, California in 2010 and was admitted to practice law in California (2011) and Wisconsin (2012). He is admitted to practice in several Federal Courts including: Eastern District of Michigan, Central District of Indiana, and Southern District of California. Luke has practiced Immigration Law exclusively since 2011, first in California and then in his home state of Michigan.
