Maclain is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Restaurant & Hospitality Practice Groups. He works closely with individual and institutional clients across the country, from start-up and growth stage companies to Fortune 500 publicly traded entities. In Mac’s practice, he assists and advises his clients on matters of corporate formation and structuring, debt and equity financing, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance.
