Magdalena Chattopadhya is the founding attorney of Magdalena Law Group. Magdalena handles all aspects of family law: divorce, legal separation, establishing or disputing parental relationship, negotiating child custody and visitation arrangements, screenings and evaluations, child support, spousal support, property division, domestic violence restraining orders, move away orders, and registration of foreign support judgments, to name a few. BROOKSBANK v PRIVATE CAPITAL GROUP LLC
Attorney for the Plaintiff in a case in which said Plaintiff sued the Defendant for breach of contract and fraud asserting that said Defendant in selling her house at a trustee's sale did not allow her to pursue the "short sale" option pursuant to an alleged agreement. Defendant removed the case and now moved to dismiss, Plaintiff opposed. The Court granted in part and denied in part the Defendant's motion.
