About Marcella
Attorney Spoto is a trial lawyer who has successfully litigated hundreds of cases in Wisconsin and across the country in State and Federal Court. Managing member Marcella S. Spoto is a Wisconsin native and has represented clients in many counties throughout the state. She has devoted the past 15 years of her practice to civil litigation representing Plaintiffs and Defendants alike in a variety and hundreds of matters. After obtaining her degree at the University of Wisconsin, she worked for years in Madison, Wisconsin at Plaintiffs’ personal injury, general business, and employment boutique. She then worked for nine years at a large national firm based in Milwaukee representing primarily large corporations and insurers but continuing to represent Plaintiffs in different types of suits. Having experience on both sides of a case, as well as solid trial experience, has strengthened her skills as an advocate. Ms. Spoto prides herself on efficiency and has been able to resolve hundreds of cases before suit or through mediation. Marcella is active in Wisconsin’s legal community and her community at large, residing near Milwaukee with her family.
