Attorney Neal worked for the Social Security Administration for 20 years as in house counsel. She trained Administrative Law Judges, attorneys, paralegals and the general office staff in the ever changing aspects of social security law. As the hearings office's supervisory attorney she decided claims, on the record, when she believed a favorable decision could be rendered without proceeding to hearing before the ALJ. After taking "early out" she began her solo practice in Indianapolis, Indiana. She handles independent claims and acts as a contract attorney/consultant for various law firms. She is active in her community giving presentations on the social security process. She is ready, willing and able to handle your claim.
