About Margaret

Margaret Green DeLanders received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, magna cum laude, from Boston College in 2005. She received her juris doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2008. Ms. DeLanders is a member of the Massachusetts Bar. While in law school, Ms. DeLanders was a staff member and the Executive Editor of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review. She interned at the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General and was a student attorney in the Suffolk Juvenile Justice Clinic. In 2008, Ms. DeLanders received the Martin J. Melia, Jr. award for academic achievement while serving the Suffolk community.

Ms. DeLanders joined Cushing & Dolan, P.C. in February 2009. Her practice is focused primarily on residential real estate including negotiating Purchase & Sale Agreements, representing buyers, seller and lenders, and coordinating and conducting real estate closings.
