Margot Kenefick Burkle graduated Cum Laude from Wheaton College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1983. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Bridgeport School of Law in 1988. She was admitted to the Bar of the State of Connecticut in 1988. Her general areas of practice are family law including contested custody and relocation matters and municipal law. She is a member of the New Haven County and Connecticut Bar Associates. She is presently a member of the New Haven County and Connecticut Bar Associations. She is presently a member of the New Haven Bar Association Family Law Committee. She serves as a Special Master for family matters in both New Haven and Middlesex Counties and is certified to act as a Guardian Ad Litem.
