Mark A. Williams, Attorney

A founding member of the firm, Mark provides smart consultation in all matters of business. He focuses his practice on business organizations and complex transactions, real estate, intellectual property and technology,  healthcare, and employment matters. Mark is an excellent counselor, as well as negotiator, for all his clients. He prides himself on providing prompt and courteous service of the highest quality.

Mark obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with an emphasis on Decision Science and a minor in Management Information Systems. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Creighton University School of Law.

Mark is a member of the American, Nebraska and Omaha Bar Associations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Board for the Children's Respite Care Center. He also serves on the Board of Directors and as President of the Stone Creek Homeowners' Association.
