MARK A. KIRSCH is a principal and chair of Cohen and Wolf, P.C's Real Estate Group and member of the Common Interest Community Group. Resident in the firm's Bridgeport office, Mr. Kirsch practices in the area of commercial real estate, where he is involved in all aspects of acquisition, conveyance, financing, leasing and development. He has significant experience in the law of common interest communities, including drafting offering statements and other formation documents, handling community association loans, and reviewing and amending common interest community documents. Mr. Kirsch is also involved in commercial lending, where he represents both borrowers and lenders in connection with loans secured by both real and personal property.

Mr. Kirsch is admitted to practice in Connecticut, the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut, and New York, and is a member of the American, New York, Connecticut, and Greater Bridgeport Bar Associations. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Real Estate Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, and a member of the Fairfield/Westchester Chapter of the Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut. Mr. Kirsch is a member, and past chair, of the Board of Directors of Leadership Greater Bridgeport. He also currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bridgeport Regional Business Council, and as a member of the Board of Trustees, and as treasurer, of Congregation B'nai Israel. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Center for Community Services and a past chair of the Allocations Committee of that organization.

Mr. Kirsch received his B.S., magna cum laude, in 1982 from the State University of New York at Albany, and his J.D. in 1985 from Boston University School of Law.
