In bankruptcy, we primarily represent consumers and small businesses. We are a law firm/debt relief agency that helps people to file for bankruptcy. By filing for bankruptcy, people are often able to save their homes, cars, and other property. In real estate, we provide full-service representation for Landlords, Tenants, property owners, and clients having issues related to real estate transactions. You have rights and we work hard to enforce and protect those rights. We concentrate on evictions, eviction defense, rent control issues, and other real property matters including all aspects of real estate transactions. In employment, we represent Employees in matters relating to Wrongful Termination, Discrimination, and Wage and Hour (including breaks, overtime, and payment) issues.
