About Mark

Attorney Mark M. Mack is both a skilled negotiator and a successful trial attorney, representing both adults and juveniles in numerous bench and jury trials. Unlike some larger law firms, when you team up with attorney Mack, you won’t be passed off to a paralegal.

If you have been accused of a crime, the decisions you make now can literally affect the rest of your life. The strength of your defense should be assessed by an attorney who fully understands the unique facts of your case and who knows how the law applies to your circumstances. Selecting the right criminal defense attorney is as important as selecting the right doctor for life-saving surgery. There is a lot at stake – including your reputation, freedom, money and property. Even if you aren’t convicted, you could be prevented from applying for certain jobs and be tagged forever with an arrest record. That’s why selecting the right criminal attorney is the first step in regaining control of your life.

Attorney Mark M. Mack offers 34 years of experience helping people make these important decisions. Our goal is to (1) provide high-quality, big-firm legal advice and services in a personal small-firm atmosphere and (2) ensure that your constitutional rights are preserved and protected throughout the entire judicial process, from the onset of police action. Many lawyers are general practitioners who handle a wide variety of cases. You owe it to yourself and your family to choose one with specialized experience in the type of case or problem that you face.
