About James
Jim Hester has been an attorney for over 30 years and has served as a judge. He has been a trial lawyer with several firms and General Counsel for two companies, including one public company. He has had dozens of trials, arbitrations and mediations and has taken hundreds of depositions. He has also taught law and business at several colleges and has had seven books published. Jim also served as an Army communications and intelligence officer, served with the Green Berets and volunteered for the Persian Gulf War. He has also served on the boards of several charities and in 2003 rode his bicycle 1800 miles to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis foundation.
Jim is married to the love of his life, Marla, and has two young adult children.
