Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

Several years ago, we represented a construction worker who had fallen through a skylight and was seriously and permanently injured. The defendants alleged that our client should not have been in the area of the skylight and sought to dismiss the case. The trial level Judge agreed and granted the defendant's attorneys motion to dismiss the case. We appealed and won the appeal and thereafter settled the case for an amount totaling $12 Million!

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Local knowledge is important to the success of a case because as a "regular" in a particular Courthouse, you can gain the respect and friendship of the Judges and the defense attorneys who also regularly practice there. In addition, when selecting a jury, you have the edge of knowing how prospective jurors may view your case.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

We offer free telephone consultations for accident victims, at which time we can fully discuss a prospective case with the caller, answer any questions they may have, and if it is a case we wish to pursue, we can then set up an appointment to meet with us so that we may be retained. If we agree to accept your case, there is no attorney fee unless we are successful in winning a recovery for you.

What information do you need in a free phone consultation?

Martindale Hubbell has given us an AV rating, which is the highest rating an attorney can receive for Legal Ability and Ethical Standards, and the Better Business Bureau has given us an A+ rating.
