About Mark
Attorney Stopa graduated from the University of New Haven with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1997 and from Boston University with a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering in 1999. In 2003, he graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the Quinnipiac Probate Journal and received a distinguished academic achievement award in Business Organizations. Mark Stopa practices in the areas of architectural and engineering malpractice defense, insurance defense litigation, and commercial litigation. He is admitted to practice in the states of Connecticut and New York. He is a member of the Connecticut and New Haven County Bar Associations. He joined Neubert, Pepe & Monteith in 2004. Prior to joining Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, he worked at Pratt & Whitney, a division of United Technologies Corporation, as a Methods Engineer for six years, and then as a Contracts Manager for four years.
