About Mark
Mark Davis grew up in Mooresville, North Carolina. After graduating from Mooresville Senior High School, Mr. Davis went to the College of Charleston, in Charleston, South Carolina, where he obtained a B.A. in History in 2002. After working as a paralegal at a large plaintiff’s personal injury firm, Mr. Davis attended the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, graduating with a J.D. in 2006.
After graduation from law school, Mr. Davis was based in Birmingham, Alabama, practicing in the state and federal courts of Alabama. During that time, his practice consisted primarily of defending businesses and individuals in varied types of civil litigation. Prior to opening Davis & Kiblen PLLC, Mr. Davis worked as an attorney for various law firms in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. In that capacity, he regularly worked on complex matters involving the banking, technology, and medical fields. Mr. Davis founded Davis & Kiblen PLLC with the vision of providing superior legal services to the Lake Norman area.
Mr. Davis serves on the Iredell County Planning Board, is a member of the Mooresville/Lake Norman Rotary, and is actively involved at St. Patrick's Episcopal Church in Mooresville. Mr. Davis lives in Mooresville, and is a passionate admirer of Lake Norman. He can be regularly found during his spare time either out on the Lake, or sitting beside it, with friends and family.
