Mark has always been a Texan. He was born in San Antonio and grew up in McAllen. "I became a lawyer because I didn’t want to be a helpless victim of the legal system." His corporate philosophy includes being proactive and working with the client toward the end goal, rather than scrambling to keep up. This means that Mark limits his caseload so he is able to achieve the standards he sets. His experience of over 25 years dealing with legal issues, and intellect, are assets in the complicated and changing world of law.
