I began my legal career as a court reporter more than 25 years ago and participated in thousands of hearings, depositions and trials in criminal, probate and civil litigation cases before becoming an attorney in 2007. My passion for hard work has carried over into my legal career, and I don’t shy away from challenges. I enjoy being a part of a service-oriented profession. I am licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Florida and am a member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation, Inc. I have earned my J.D. degree from the New England School of Law and a B.A. degree from Notre Dame College, cum laude. Currently, my practice is focused on all matters related to family law, including contested and uncontested divorce, child support, child custody, alimony and property division. I am a seasoned and precise litigator who is extremely comfortable in the courtroom. I also, however, recognize the role and value of family law mediation and act as a neutral third party for divorcing couples who are looking to reach an agreement on their dissolution without the time and expense of court. I represent clients in the Metro Boston area and throughout eastern Massachusetts, covering all of Middlesex, Essex and Suffolk counties. When I’m not working, I’m enjoying time with my family and singing, playing guitar and writing music. As someone who values their family relationships very much, I understand the emotional nature of family law matters and the challenges these issues can present. I’m known to be a tenacious and caring advocate who listens to the needs of my clients and goes above and beyond to secure positive results.

Attorney Giordano started his career in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in its New York Regional Office. There, he participated in civil and administrative actions against broker-dealers and registered representatives for violations of federal securities laws; and conducted discovery and administrative investigations. ‍ After his employment with the SEC in New York City, between the 1980’s and the early 1990’s, he worked as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of New Jersey where he investigated and prosecuted federal criminal matters with a concentration on federal securities fraud violations; presented evidence and witnesses before the U.S. Grand Jury. ‍ Attorney Giordano entered private practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in early 1990’s and acted as principal in various law firms for over three decades. In May 2005, Attorney Giordano along with Attorney Reed opened their law firm, Reed & Giordano, P.A. ‍ Attorney Giordano deals with various areas of commercial and complex litigation, securities litigation, arbitration and many more. He has over thirty years of experience representing businesses and individuals in a wide variety of legal disputes and transactions. Attorney Giordano is experienced in all phases of civil and commercial litigation, including trial and appellate practice in state and federal courts. Attorney William J. Crowley has represented the people of the greater Boston area in personal injury matters for over 35 years. A bitter legal battle ensued and the judge presiding over the case declared a mistrial. However, during the appeals process, attorney Crowley and his firm discovered that the defendants had made errors during the case, which led to crucial evidence being omitted during trial. Once this information came to light, the defendants agreed to settle with attorney Crowley and his clients out of court. The story was picked up by Hollywood and became an Oscar-nominated film starring John Travolta called A Civil Action. Since then, attorney Crowley has put his energy towards winning smaller cases. He founded his current firm, the Law Office of William J. Crowley, in January of 2000. He continues to work there today, maintaining a reputation among his clients as an astute, dedicated attorney that will never give up on a case he thinks is winnable.

Matthew J. Fogelman is a founding partner of Fogelman Law LLC. Mr. Fogelman’s litigation practice is focused on employment law and personal injury cases. He is an experienced trial lawyer, having won a number of significant cases on behalf of plaintiffs, including prevailing before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court in a ground-breaking disability discrimination case involving an employee’s right to use medical marijuana off-site. Mr. Fogelman also reached a settlement in a catastrophic personal injury case for $11.5 million, one of the largest settlement in Massachusetts in 2024.
