Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware. He attended law school at Widener University School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude.
After law school, Matt clerked in Delaware Superior Court for the Honorable Vivian L. Medinilla. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court.
With strong Delaware roots and an interest in criminal law, Matt is proud to represent those now facing the criminal justice system. He strongly believes that, no matter the situation, every person deserves competent and diligent representation.
