QUESTIONNAIRE
In representing a client who was terminated from his job for a bogus reason, I was able to obtain a large and quick severance package for him without having to resort to litigation.
How did you build a successful practice?I built my successful practice by doing what most attorneys don't do. That is, I respond immediately to client calls. In addition, I keep my overhead low and pass that onto my clients so that my clients can receive the legal help they need at a price they can afford.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Clients should look for an attorney that is responsive. If you call an attorney and don't hear back for 2 days, that simply means the attorney is to busy to take your case and certainly to busy to put any emphasis on your case.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?In my free phone consultation, I will be able to guide you to the next step in the process. Whether it is to file a law suit, draft a contract, or just provide some advice to put you at ease.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?I will be responsive to you and your legal needs. I do not take more cases than I can handle. I will prioritize you and your issue.
