Matthew David Gailey, Attorney

Mr. Gailey focuses his practice on all aspects of plaintiff representation in several different fields including personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, veteran's disability benefits and general negligence litigation. Mr. Gailey also represents workers' compensation claimants in numerous administrative and court proceedings. He also represents individuals who have suffered damages in medical malpractice matters.

Mr. Gailey is a 1999 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. He was awarded is Juris Doctorate from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2003, where he competed nationally in the Trial Moot Court Program. While in law school, Mr. Gailey was a member of the board of the Duquesne Trial Moot Court Honor Society and worked as an intern in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas Criminal Division.

Prior to joining Mansmann & Moore, Mr. Gailey was an attorney within the litigation department at a large Pittsburgh based firm. In addition to defending large national companies in several different types of litigation, Mr. Gailey also participated in numerous plaintiff matters including multi-million dollar premises liability litigation.

Mr. Gailey is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. He is also licensed to practice law in the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Southern District of West Virginia. Mr. Gailey is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and Inns of Court. Mr. Gailey is also active in his community volunteering for different charities including the National Kidney Foundation.
