I am attorney from South Carolina and I recently had the opportunity to work on a very complex transaction with Frank M. Moore. I'm a disabled veteran with a VA rating of 100%, Frank Moore and his associate's had eventually gotten me a favorable decision in my SSD case. With a undesirable experience with a previous law firm with no results, I wouldn't recommend anyone else....... UPDATE!!!!!,,,,,,,......... After a supposedly favorable decision from the disability judge the dates or pushed back far enough to put me out of qualification for social security disability. As far as I'm concerned, I smell something rotten but I haven't quite put my finger on it yet. cuz I'm now being told that I do not qualify for social security disability at all now. it's hard for me to believe I've fought it this long and nobody caught on that I was outside of the window for being insured. So I guess if you are disabled ,whatever the cause, and you you cannot file until you are off of work for a year, you better not let one month go by for an appeal because they will push you out of the window!!! 6 years fighting this with no luck!
