I have been in private practice in Winnebago County, Wisconsin for approximately 30 years. I have represented literally tens of thousands of clients in a variety of areas of practice. It is always important to know local court rules and the procedures of the county in which you practice. Winnebago County has six judges and multiple court commissioners. Its important to know what the particular judges expect, and how they manage their calendars.

I can provide a great deal of information during a phone consultation. This information would include information regarding expected hearings and what occurs at the hearings, issues pertaining to bond, and evidence gathering and preservation.

I would want contact information and information relevant to the legal matter. In a criminal or OWI context, that would include copies of citations, summons, and criminal complaint.

I enjoy the outdoors a great deal. When not in court, you can find me at our cottage up in Lake Tomahawk, Wisconsin with family and friends; or motorcycling around the countryside.

I am involved in the community. Currently, I am the Vice President of the Winnebago County Bar Association. I am also on the board of directors for the Oshkosh Humane Society. I had previously been a Kiwanis member for approximately 15 years; and I am a Leadership Oshkosh graduate.
