Condra joined the firm in 1999 when she and her father, Gary, formed a partnership. In 2003, Merinda made the life changing decision to adopt. Through the process she found a miracle -- a way to change the world forever -- one child at a time.
Over the next few years, Merinda's practice became increasingly devoted to adoption. She formed Adoption Covenant, which was named the 2012 Congressional Angel in Adoption. Merinda was also named the YWCA Woman of Excellence for Human Services.
