Jeremiah earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the Mississippi State University. During his tenure at Mississippi State, he pitched for the Bulldogs baseball team and was selected for the Southeastern Conference academic honor roll. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School. While in law school, Jeremiah was a managing editor for the Sports Law Journal. Following law school, Jeremiah worked on complex litigation, gaining valuable experience in several practice areas, including personal injury law and large complex multi district litigation. Immediately after this experience, Jeremiah worked for a large national plaintiffs law firm handling a docket of toxic tort cases and complex high dollar personal injury cases. While doing so, Mr. Boling secured millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. Mr. Boling was named a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2018-2021 and is listed in the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 under 40. Professionally, Jeremiah is an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, American Association of Justice as well as the Louisiana Association of Justice. He is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state courts. In addition he is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Louisiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Criminal Court is a place where someone's life can be irrevocably changed for the worse. I have born witness to incredible injustice being done to innocent people. I have also seen a person sacrificed and thrown away by the system without being given any chance at redemption. Seeing these stories play out is what drives me as a defense attorney, to protect people from being crushed by the system.
