About Michael
Mike Montgomery is a trial lawyer who works primarily with business and commercial interests. With experience as lead trial counsel in both state and federal courts, Mike handles a wide range of commercial disputes of all sizes. Recent matters include the defense of a public utility company in a property dispute in state court, the defense of two individuals against civil RICO conspiracy claims in federal court, and the representation of several clients in proceedings before the Virginia State Corporation Commission.
In the construction arena, Mike has defended general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and business owners in contract disputes, defect claims, and personal injury lawsuits.
