Michael G. Banks is a former Assistant State’s Attorney and Gang Prosecutor whose experience began in the Maryland courts in 1987. He has significant experience appearing before District and Circuit Courts in all Maryland Jurisdictions, Maryland Federal Courts as well as the Superior Court in the District of Columbia. Additionally he has negotiated, on behalf of his clients, numerous agreements with prosecutors, opposing counsel, insurance companies and resolved complex Estate administration issues.
Guided by the principle of providing quality representation at an affordable price, Mr. Banks set up his own law practice in 2001. Today, his practice is thriving.
