I am a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on general litigation and appeals arising from wrongful death, medical malpractice, catastrophic injuries, farm and ranch disputes, estate disputes, business conflicts and oil and gas operations. After completing a graduate LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School and having acquired membership in both the NM and Texas bar associations, I established the Garrett Law Firm in Clovis, NM practicing primarily in Eastern NM and West Texas. With my clients’ best interests at the forefront, I have taken cases to jury verdict and mediated settlement consistently with mostly positive results in both federal and state courts.

Over 30 years of trial experience has gained me peer recognition as a premier trial lawyer, receiving an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbel and a listing in the Martindale-Hubbel Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. I am a member of the American Bar Assoc, NM Bar Assoc. and Texas Bar Assoc.
