Hanson & Hanson, P.A. represents people who are injured in accidents and families of those who are killed in accidents. In most cases, we collect money for our clients from the people responsible for the injury or death. In most injury cases (not involving death), we recover money to compensate our clients for their medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, mental anguish, loss of ability to enjoy hobbies and recreational activities, inconvenience, and damage to the quality of married life, (and if applicable) vehicle repair or total loss, and vehicle rental. In most death cases, we recover money to compensate our clients for their mental pain and suffering that results from the death of the family member, funeral expenses, and if applicable, for the loss of any expected inheritance.
