I began my law practice as an Assistant Lake County, Illinois prosecutor. For over 4 years, I primarily handled homicide cases.
Since leaving the Illinois State's Attorney's office, I have concentrated my practice in what is euphemistically called 'Family Law.' That translates to matrimonial dissolution, mediating dissolution cases, collaboration settlement conferences, and pre-marital agreements. I do trials and appeals as well.
I spent five years as a partner in the nation's largest law firm specializing in family law cases.
I pride myself in being discrete and negotiating excellent settlements for my clients. I also practice civil litigation.
I do not screen phone calls, and I do not mind calls after hours and on weekends. I do not charge for consultations by phone, by email, through this website, or in person. Questions are welcome. The responses you receive are correct answers, not guesses.
