About Michael
There was a time when working men and women had no one to turn to if they were hurt on the job. Raised in a small coal mining community, Michael J. O'Connor witnessed first hand this injustice. His father and grandfather, both working men, saw coal workers who were denied benefits and were unable to support their families.
Unsafe working conditions continue today. Unfortunately, many injured workers are still denied benefits. In 1987, Michael J. O'Connor founded his firm with the goal of helping injured workers at every stage of litigation.
The firm's main office is located just off of Interstate 81 on Route 61 in Frackville, Pennsylvania, at 608 W. Oak Street. The practice has expanded to include conveniently located offices throughout Pennsylvania. The law office has a team of lawyers, paralegals and other support staff are committed to our clients in providing them with the knowledge they need and helping them through the legal system
