PETRUCCELLI received his J.D. from the University of Miami in 1987 and is admitted to the Florida Bar and the Federal Trial Bar for the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Florida. In addition, he is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. Certification is the Florida Bar's highest level of recognition of the competency and experience of attorneys in the area of Civil Trial Law. Mr. Petruccelli focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense and other healthcare related matters. He also handles commercial litigation.
