About Michael

Michael is a newly admitted attorney who has been working with Myles, Cook and Day since August of 2008. Michael was born and raised in Baton Rouge where he graduated high school from The Dunham School and then attended college at LSU. He finished with a B.A. in General Studies, focusing on Political Science, Business Administration and Communication Studies. After graduating, Michael attended LSU's Paralegal Studies Program where he became a certified paralegal. He then attended Southern University Law Center where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in May of 2008.

Michael's areas of practice include Real Estate, Personal Injury, Construction Law and some Criminal Defense. Michael is also the school board attorney for the Zachary Community School System.

Michael is a member of the American Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, and the Baton Rouge Bar Association. He currently serves on the Dropout Prevention Committee for the Zachary Community School System and is a member of the Zachary Rotary Club.

Michael currently lives in Zachary where he attends church at Plains Presbyterian Church. He has an older brother and two stepsisters. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, and is an avid outdoorsman.
