After the initial interview, Mr. Silverman immediately contacts all relevant insurance carriers. They are each informed of his involvement and Mr. Silverman verifies what benefits are immediately available for his clients. Mr. Silverman also emphasizes that all future communication must be through him and that his client’s will not be harassed into providing a statement. Mr. Silverman knows from experience that the worst time to give statement in any legal matter is when you are injured, angry, frustrated, or in pain.

Mr. Silverman’s highly trained staff will travel to the accident scene, and any other necessary locations, to take pictures of the roadway where the accident occurred and of all vehicles involved. All available physical evidence is also gathered through this process.

Because few of us can survive without our own transportation, Mr. Silverman works with the insurance companies and repair shops to expedite the repair or replacement of damaged vehicles and obtaining a rental car when available and necessary.

Short-term benefits for lost wages and medical bill coverage are coordinated during the initial stages of representation.

If a client does not have trusted and appropriate health care providers to tend to their injuries, or is having difficulty obtaining an appointment for any reason, Mr. Silverman, upon request, provides each client with the names of a number of highly respected health care providers in the community in which the client lives. In this fashion, no client will be left without appropriate care due to a lack of money or a personal relationship with a physician.

When it comes time to attempt to settle a client’s claim, Mr. Silverman prepares a detailed demand package and commences negotiations with all relevant parties. If the negotiations are successful, the claim is brought to a prompt and amicable conclusion. If the relevant insurance carrier will not offer an appropriate sum of money to resolve the matter, then a lawsuit is filed.

Mr. Silverman is an experienced litagator and will personally handle all aspects of any lawsuit. Mr. Silverman’s goal is to make the litigation process work for the client.
